Pretty epic colours in the sky tonight. Had to run from the North Show down the lanes to get out of the trees in the park.

One of the quirky little gems tucked away on the South coast of Guernsey. Possibly the best office views in the world?

Spent a few hours at Castle Cornet this afternoon for the medieval fete. The kids wanted to have a final look around before leaving so I took the opportunity to get a few shots on the way.

Our last morning in France so I went for a nice morning walk before the big drive home. It's difficult to find a view that sums up the area but its more or less miles and miles of peaceful country roads and rural farmland just like this with Paimpont Forest in the distance.

An unbelievable collection of over 400 privately owned cars dating from the late 1800's to the late 2000's. Such a cool place to visit and get close to some very famous cars. The F1 grid was my favourite.

100km drive to the west coast of France to the Carnac region. Makes yo realise how fortunate we are in Guernsey to have so many beaches close to home.

We took the kids to Kingoland today and they loved everything about it. There were some height restrictions but that didn't stop the smiles :)

Stunning misty and still morning over the french countryside. This is the road and seemingly endless rows of maize connecting our farmhouse to the nearest town a few miles away.

Roaming around the grounds of the farmhouse I stumbled across this beauty. Reminds me of Heimlich from Bugs Life :)

Definitely the biggest cricket I've seen this year! This shot was set up by placing the cricket on the end of stick and unbelievably it stayed there while placing the stick in the ground and re-positioning it to get a clean background.

One of the more underrated beaches in the island with Fort Pembroke in the distance. If you ignore the fact that the islands waste is dumped right next door its a pleasant beach to look at. Guaranteed to see owls too if you wait around long enough.
