Every sunrise is unique and beautiful in it’s own way but occasionally they really do take your breath away. The colours over the last few days have been breathtaking!

Some playful rabbits seem to have made themselves a home within an old grave. Counted six rabbits in total along with a longer haired black rabbit.

We were treated to a spectacular sunrise this morning, the colours behind were phenomenal. The temptation to shoot straight into the sun is overwhelmingly strong but I had to get some of that rainbow in.

The Pine Forest has always been an inspiring place for me, a little getaway from the 9 to 5. With the sun rising lower and lower each day the golden orange lasts for a little bit longer giving more chances to line up a shot to get the best image I can.

Out annual family trip to Brooklands Farm (minus Alana who was partying with friends). I urge everyone to buy from here, fantastic products and prices to match any budget. The effort they put in to their display is second to none!

Hard to believe that the weather was so pleasant first thing this morning. This is about as much sun as we’ve had today!

Decided to take the long way home to enjoy the peaceful rural lanes and this little calf was creeping under the electric fence into the road. Mum quickly ushered her back in to the field.

Tucked away in the quiet Quanteraine Valley, a small stream runs through the woodland eventually feeding the waterwheel in the 16th century farm complex of Le Moulin de Quanteraine.

One of the two extremely friendly cats relaxing in the hay at Brooklands Farm. I think I should be a cat in my next life, sleeping most of the day and playing at night sounds like a great life!

Another amazing light show on the south coast this evening, quite a sight to see.

More than happy to get Monday out the way. The weekends antics hanging over my head like a stormy cloud!

Some pretty epic cloud action going on this evening.

The terracotta skyline of Victoria Road. Reminds me of a scene from Mary Poppins.

After two days of pure sunshine, the clouds finally rolled in from the Atlantic. The light faded pretty quick after this and tuned quite dull.

Another beautiful day on the rock and I don’t think I saw a cloud all day. Felt like summer all over again!

Common Darter patrolling the pond in the midday sun. I had to actually enter said pond to get this shot!
