As the days draw out there’s a little bit more time to get the light just how you want it. Still requires a little patience but in the end it will come.

Some people like bird watching, others like fishing. I love weather watching, it brings me closer to the elements and nothing beats the wonders that nature brings! I suppose it’s a hobby within a hobby.

As always, so many photos to choose from but this one was my favourite, taken under the tree in Candie Gardens. Here’s to a wonderful wife and amazing mother!

Heading back home down the Valdies this morning and my jaw dropped when I saw this. Quick u-turn at Havelet and a desperate sprint to catch it before it disappeared!

Quick stroll around the woodland walk above Talbot Valley before work. Another week or so and the bluebells should be in full bloom and completely transform this area.

There was a stunning blanket of mist gently floating over the common this morning but what I didn't allow for is the speed in which it disappeared as the sun came up.

My little man ready for back to back parties today. Every time I look at him I love him more and more. Such a bubbly character and always has a smile to give, even on a bad day.

More lambs for the first official day of Spring. Cheers to Olly Brock for letting me know about these!

My previous years of exploring Guernsey tell me that this is time when the lambs start to appear. I’ve been searching for nearly a week now and by pure chance I found these little guys. Spring had arrived!

Walked away from this one with a slight sand blasted burning sensation in my face. I’ve really had to battle through these past few weeks with inspiration very hard to find. It may not seem it but this is me in a creative rut, falling back on the same old ground. I’m confided something will click soon and the creative juices will be flowing again!

My new drive home is via the west coast, loving the non stop and stress free cruise without the town traffic. Pulled over in Vista’s to catch the only bit of sun I’ve seen today with a kite surfer and walker thrown in.
